Meredith Holch brings to life undocumented workers in Vermont through animation!

Vermont filmmaker Meredith Holch’s animated film NEIGHBORS is about walls, freedom of movement, and the lives of undocumented workers on Vermont dairy farms.

The film won “The James Goldstone Award” presented by the Vermont Film Commission at the 2009 Vermont International Film Festival.

The films uses stop-motion animation to bring cut-outs, toys, and household objects to life. Holch has been making animation since 1990.
